Hi all, my name is Jordan. I signed up here a while back, but ended up with other bikes, interests and I was an Admin on a Suzuki GSXR forum which took up some of my time.
Anywhoo, I just bought a super-clean, black, 2004 VTR yesterday, it only has 5400 miles on it and is bone stock. I just took it apart, changed out the oil/filter, cleaned lubed the chain, and drained/replaced the coolant. Next is bleeding out the brakes, and getting the carbs just right. I hope to keep this one a while. It is my 3rd VTR, actually.
I bought my first one dated May 1997 (put 40K miles on er including track days), and then another (1998), in 2007.
