I hate service work.. but leaking fork seals and too short brake lines had to be addressed.

I skipped step one and two and went straight for the ride, 200+ miles and about 6 hours!!
Regular maint. does suck but the feel and piece of mind when you're done is worth every minute.

Forks are done, brakes are done, body work is back on, and she is fresh and clean....

Wife came out and said lets go for a ride and get dinner

So she washed her bike, and now we RIDE......

Not a bad sunday at all, thank you very much

Very nice! I want your shop E.Marquez. Well equipped, clean, and functional. I do most of my own work in the backyard and the shed.

I agree with Wolverine about the peace of mind, but for me its the satisfaction that I didn't pay anyone else to do it for me- plus you get the experience of learning.

If you were an E-9 you'd probably have your share of toys too.

By the way, belated congrats on the promotion Erik. I drove through Kempner a few weeks ago, boy has it changed since 2004.
