I received a big old package from Japan today. I've always wanted a set of Moriwakis for the Superhawk. I had a set on my RC51 about 15 years ago and loved them. I can't believe how LIGHT the header pipes are.
I'm actually without a Hawk at the moment. I had a car pull out in front of me and I t-boned it. I've been having trouble finding a really low mileage post 01 model. I see all kinds of 98's with loads of mileage here in the Midwest.
Attaboy. Buy the cool part first then you HAVE to buy the bike to go along with it
Can't say I've never done that. Sure are purdy. I think I'd be afraid to mount those on the bike haha, they're nice enough to hang from the ceiling in the living room.
I couldn't help myself when I saw for sale. I searched for one of these when I had my Superhawk. Right now Big Valley Honda has a set of the slip ons that are brand new and they won't take less than a grand for it, they claim that their shop paid $3,000 for the set. Which I highly doubt.

Slip ons. Similar to those in your photos, that you recently bought? Or are they different?
Any luck finding a bike for them?
Hey Hangfly,
They've got a set of the Rainbow anodized like these.
I made them an offer and they told me they couldn't take less than a grand.
