i found a exhaust header on e bay for a 2008 super hawk but mine is a 1998 are they the same even if they have different part numbers thanks

 

Should be make sure it is not for a RC51 sometimes refered to as a VTR.

 

ok i looked up the numbers on bike bandit to check thats what i meant

 

I would be more worried about the fact that the last VTR1000f was made in 05.

 

my fault its from an 2004 i was multi tasking

 

As long as it's for a superhawk/firestorm,/VTR1000F they fit all years. Make sure it's not for an RC51, because alot of **** on ebay overseas is listed as "VTR1000." If it's the one from southeastpowersports it's fine you're good to go.
