Hindle pipers please

I've looked through all the different posts about pipes and I think I lean toward likeing the hindle ones the best. However I would like opinions of anyone that might have them, or anyone that is familiar with them.

I was thinking about buying an R1 to part out with hindle pipes on it. If they fit on a superhawk you can buy em used from me if you want.

Re: Hindle pipers please

I've got hindle high-mount titaniums. only problem is I got them off ebay, and I think they are a little "torqued" from the previous owner. I managed to mount them, but I haven't gotten them airtight yet. (almost tho.) anyway, they are 3.5 lbs each, vs. 10 lbs stockers, so weight is awsome, and they do sound really good. I'll have them airtight by spring, but I just didn't get a chance before the weather turned bad. I'd show you a pic, but the bike's in storage right now. anyway, I like them.

maybe, I swooped in and snatched'em at the last second. its the only way to get stuff on ebay. sorry if I did. at least you can rest in the knowledge that they have been a struggle. they weren't perfect, I still haven't made them airtight. but I have a battle plan come spring.

I have a pair of Hindle aluminum ovals on my 03. Good quality, very light and sound just right. A nice deep rumble that turns heads.

There is a pic of the Hindles about half way down this thread. You'll notice my VTR is for sale.

00Buck,

Where and how did you ever get a euro tank from?

Anymore where that came from?

If so, how much?

Also, are those sliders, SW brand?

Re: Hindle pipers please

Euro tank was ordered from England at a total cost of $1200 CDN by previous owner. I'll look up frame slider brand, memory failing...
