Here's my opinion on trikes:
Either you ride a motorcycle or you drive a car. Slapping an extra wheel on a motorcycle because you cannot balance is ridiculous and pointless. You just add extra stress to the tranny and you lose the purpose of riding a bike. A convertible will do the same thing as a trike.
Once I am unable to hold a bike up with the strength of my own legs, I will either sell the bike for a sport car or I will fashion some "Wheel-legs" which I can flick down when coming to a stop. They would basically be a kick stand with wheels which supports the bike when I come to a stop.

I agree with Nick. Last Sunday my wife and I passed a gaggle of 9 (yes, that's NINE) CanAm Spyders riding in a line on Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach.
They were stuck in traffic, since it's kinda hard to split lanes on one of those.

At most I would agree with the argument that a can-am costs less than most sport cars and has a better hp-weight ratio. It does 0-60 in 4.5 seconds, which is as fast as a 30k Evo at half the cost.
I'd still take a evo over it though, because at least I can cruise in comfort. If I'm going to suffer the elements, it's going to be on 2 wheels.

HAHA it's back again! If it's the same one (how many can there possibly be?) that's been for sale before, before you guys send hate mail I think it was built for someone with a disability.
Trikes are the next big thing. Boomers were trending towards Adventure Sport machines a few years back, but I predict that HD will offer a factory trike in the next decade and it will sell like mad.
I used to laugh at wingnuts, cruisers and trike guys, but the older I get, the less I care what other people are riding. It's really more important that they're riding.
It's like Viagra -- it's funny that other people need it until you're one of the other people!

Why would someone make a trike of a Superhawk? I guess I can see a gold wing or a Harley whatever, but a Superhawk? Peraps it was a disability situation. My aunt lives in West Monroe I'll see if she's seen the bike

Yep, it looks like the same one that was originally built for a guy in a wheelchair..
