Hard to steer

So, I parked my bike overnight last night, and decided to take a short ride tonight. I noticed that the bike seemed very heavy in the front when trying to turn at slow speeds. The wheel wants to turn a lot more than it should and I have to practically fight it not to. In a higher speed turn, I have to fight the bike to make it lean. I'm not sure what happened overnight, yesterday it was carving twisties beautifully. I checked the tire pressure and it's fine, I'm just baffled. Any advice?

My first thoughts were for front tire pressure being too low. Since you checked that already but didn't say if you checked the rear tire I suggest that next. Low pressure in either tire can affect handling and is the only thing I can think of that would change overnight.

Head bearings maybe.. Is it a kinda ratchety feeling?
I know the head bearings don't last too long if you do any wheelies or ride rough roads.
I have gone thru 2 sets so far. I'm actually thinking of converting to the RC roller style.

Steering head bearings too tight? The center nut needs to be tightened "just so" before the upper triple clamps around the forks.

swapped to my spare wheel and now it's steering fine, could it have been a caliper dragging?
