great deal on LED's
Hey- before you say "Not another turn signal thread!!! DO A SEARCH!" - check these out.

I got this promo email from D2Moto- the signals look nice- front facing, LED. I think I'm going to get a pair. I figured I'd post just in case anyone else was in the market. I'm not sure if they come with any additional housing but I figure a little creativity will solve any mounting problems.
I emailed them to ask if they are just signals or also running lights (1 or 2 phase). Not sure if they'll require any electrical modification either but it shouldn't be too tough I dont think.

can the stalk be shortened? maybe that rubber looking piece can be taken right out? what about resistors or flashers to fix the fast flash rate?

Do the motrax ones require no electrical mods???

The LED ones always needs resistors, in some they are internal, but hey are there none the less..
The other option is to use a load independent flasher... It's both cheaper and easier than mucking about with 4 resistors...

The easy solution would be one of these... http://shop.ebay.com/items/?_nkw=led...flasher)+relay
Just replace the stock relay and you can use any combination of bulb and/or LED's...

So i installed these, they are about an inch longer than what i already had but way more visible when on, even in daylight. So for safety and functionality reasons i will keep them.
Will try and get pics as soon as i can.
