Check the pricing on the website, I was able to get a set cheaper than they sell then on Ebay.
$160 for the set and $55 for shipping.

youtube also has some videos of people with the exhaust on, sounds gooood. I was considering getting a set, for the cost you cant really go wrong. It says its tuned for stock settings, but you would still want to get it dyno'd.

In a couple of weeks I'm going to be selling a used set of used jardine rt1 stainless cans with high mounts. One mount needs to be fixed it has a crack. I thinking of dropping them on eBay for a buck with no reserve. They got some dents where the passenger pegs made contact. All in all they sound better then my carbon devil exhaust. Save your pennys I'm thinking it will be 5 weeks at the earliest, but no later then 7 weeks.

You cant beat the package. Shorty pipes, that sound great and are great quality.

I like the titanium and the lightness factor ad of course the price is right. Seem like they are well made except for the carbon which some had issues with.

I noticed some have bluing which is interesting although I'm not sure how that's done.

do you mean blueing like titanium does due to hot exhaust gasses or are you referring to something else?

as for the pipes, they look good for the money. going to be loud. not sure about the gp style.

The thread that is linked above gives my take on this particular style that I purchased for my Bandit 1200, but the short and skinny of it is, the fitment of the canister to the midpipe isn't the greatest (VERY tight fit), had to use a dremel to make it fit right. The springs don't provide adequate tension (none) so I had my buddy just weld the can to the midpipe. Sound quality can't be commented on due to the fact that I don't have the Bandit running yet... but it's a pretty straight through design with no baffle so I would assume it's going to be loud.

As the Hawk is indefinitely my "work in progress" I have to admit that I've thought about picking a set of these up for it but I just have too much time and $ invested in my current set up to justify it...

Sorry, Way late on my promised date. So, I cant upload pics because I am Computer illiterate and it says that my images are to large to upload, and Having issues with Youtube uploads. My first impressions: LOUD. Do NOT run on stock carb setup. Backfires on nearly every compression stroke on decel, and GUTLESS in low and mid range power. I am going to do the Carb Set up that some one was able add a link to on one of my older threads. So I will be back in 24 hours with hopefully a better runnning bike and some pics and a vid to prove it. HooYa

Well after 14 hours of trips to the not so local Cycle Barn for the correct parts and **** poor planning on my part by not marking the 10 or so vacume, fuel, breather, and coolant lines up in the correct fasion I have a running bike. Still loud but with minimal backfires and the torque is back, WooHoo! meeting up for a ride in the morning and then I will work on the uploads later. Thanks for calling me out. Guess Im loosing track of my reliability already. Till tonight, later.

Yes, With stock carb set up I lost what seemed all bottom and mid range torque, giving it 3/4 throttle to get rolling from any stop just to get moving, and not to mention shotgun blast backfires. After a re-jet with the recommended 8541Hawk set up I replaced: pilot jets with 48's and replaced the fwd slide needle shim with a .40 and added a .40 shim to the rear. Sealed over one of the lift holes in the fwd slide. After that I have brought my power back. My rear is still running a little rich so this weekend I will be turn the fuel misture screw out just a bit and maybe even sync the carbs, but on a tight budget I may not get that far and use the trial and error method. Everything on my Super is stock other than that, i.e. Air filter V-Stacks, and all ignition from coils to plugs.

The pipes were $286ish shipped to SoCal. Quality isnt all that bad for the price and the weight savings is pretty big. The fitting is good, no need for the exhaust gasket as the pipes mount up nicely to the headder pipe. The clamps are... well, they work. the springs keep good tension on the can to keep it from twisting and moving in the bracket. So far no problems. I like them. and for half the price of Jardines... Pretty stoked. Hope this helps. If you want better pics let me know, I will break out my camera. let me know.
