front wheel interchangability?

can anyone advise me on what other front wheels are compatable with my VTR1000F using all other stock VTR parts? I need a wheel to replace my bent stocker and cannot find a superhawk wheel right now so anything like an F4 or F3 wheel would be fine as long as everything bolts up. RC51? 929? etc.....

thanks, that helps. I will probably avoid 900RR wheels because they are the oddball 16 inch size but I should be able to find something now with all these other bikes to choose from. can anybody confirm the VFR/F3/F4 wheel fit?

Yes, yes, and sort of. The vfr/f3 will mount right on.

The F4/F4i has a different brake rotor mount so you would:

1) have to use F4 rotors but only if
2) rotors are the same size (diameter) and width as the VTR.
