Exhaust Hangars (clamps)

So on my first ride with my newly built VTR I ran into a little problem.... aparantly if you don't torque down the exhaust hangars and clamps enough the bolts will vibrate loose and you'll lose your muffler clamps....

I ended up coming back from my first long ride and finding this out the hard way when my moriwaki stage II exhaust was sitting kind of loose due to the hangars having fallen off from not being torqued down and vibing loose...

anyone know where I can get a set of muffler clamps? i still hangar brackets...just missing one of the clamps that go around the muffler.....

Try Dennis Kirk, they have all sorts of clamps/brackets in various sizes or maybe one of the exhaust makers like Jardine.

I TIG welded mounting tabs directly to my cans on my 2bros. Hated that wobble of clamps.

so far the only thing iv found are the replacement carbon fiber clamps for akrapovic pipes, which don't specify size.... or the clamps for GYTR (genuine Yamaha accessories) R-1 Exhaust......thats it....not sure why these are so hard to find

welding may be a pain since the mufflers are Titanium...... theres got to be someone with these generic clamps available.
