heez, you had me for a while with this landy stuff. Land rover, ha, gotcha, I think?! Well, I know my sister is having a far worse week than yours, and that is all that I am willing to say in the open forum. She is alive, and for that I am grateful.
that beats me hands down hope she is ok
Sitting at a red light, going to meet a friend for lunch. Light turns green, let out the clutch, master link breaks. I'm on my 1992 VFR. Call mom, she comes and gets me. I get my 1980 CBX out, stop for gas. While I'm fueling, Comal county sheriff pulls in and see's my tag, and my state inspection are over due. I got two tickets........went home, called it a day.
I was moving my hawk last night to head back home and slipped on a short piece of branch. Now I have a bolt in my shifter and since the clutch lever bent all the way around, I now have shorty, stock levers.
Palm, meet face. Face, palm. After the introductions were made, i'll be sure to always look where i'm putting my 13s (or 48 for those across the pond). Argh. While not as bad as others, it's never a good week when a bike goes down.
