Lightbulb The dream list.

Dunno if this fits performance articles. I am in doubt that it does.
A list for those who wish not to read the rambling.
Ti rear sub, Alu front sub, Custom or new swing arm, Springs, 1000rr forks, light wheels, super sprox sprocket, good engine internals with all of the machining, Stripper named Usagi complete with ear headband ( Usagi means rabbit), Flywheel job, hand made 2 to 1, Ti bolts, injection, real leather seat re skin, CF or aluminum tank, Battery.

If you dont want to hear rambling skip to the bottom.

I never have a second rider so I am still thinking about this one
Alu or TI seat frame.
If I go single rider I will do aluminum. I was also looking into FRP or carbon fiber but My jewls are not big enough to trust my skills making that.
Alu front subframe. - steel one is nasty looking.

Ti bolts to replace all of the nastied steel fastners alu and stainless flash up a bit causing the same problem they don't like to come out. I know as I used to have a 48 foot yacht. BOAT Break out abother thousand.

Real leather seat done by yours truly. Probably genuine cat leather but we wont get into that.

whatever swingarm suits my fancy including a handmade unit by yours truly.

want more data on a 1000rr front end. Im doing it purely for weight so I will search more on it.

check my springs and match if needed.

If this happens I must have made god happy: I would like a cf or alu tank.

Lighter battery still weighing my options. Literally and performance wise.

CF undertail. This one is happening this winter. I want to be able to fit in junk when I need to.

Super duper hand made exhaust with single outlet.

Aluminum hanger.

Mirrors with integrated signals. Mirrors and signals are scratched.

Best wheels I can get. I like the look of new 1000rr rims but if I can score something else light enough it wont matter.

Internals:

searching for good pistons at a good price.

I may go with another members choice of carillo rods. They have done right by me many times.

Possibly a billet crank. Same member gave me a warning about the HP I want killing a stock crank. IMHO stock cranks are tougher than credit given people fail to balance mic and machine them. However if majority rules its a bad idea Id hate to a rod through a good engine.

Factory bearings.

Flywheel on a diet.

Port n polish.

Looking into valves. I smell a thread comin. You may or may not know a $#tty valve job on an engine can ruin the flow way more than some flash or even bad blending.

The stripper is to hold a personal keg of beer in case I get thirsty and to hold me tight in the twisties so I don't get scared.

Hardcore head studs and if its a nice metallic one a factory head gasket.

Full balance job on the slugs the rods and the crank by yours truly before I send out along with the flywheel.

Bolt ons:
injection.
Full ram airbox.

I want to shed 50 lbs off the bike. for more than just performance. thats 50 less that I got to push when backing up and 50 less to jerk on my shoulder should I fall again.
.
The Ti parts are not only for weight I truly di not want to pull a corroded screw out of my bike again after this

I hate carbs that take more than 30 seconds to remove. They need maintinence at least once a month if you are a good boy and like to keep the insides corosion free.

A good ol nasty ram air cf airbox would make it complete.
I may never do any of this but who knows wrenching = fun for me. I would only give up the vtr for a super blackbird or something along those lines. But I did say I dont like heavy things didnt I ?

Bike withdrawl... VTR is worse than crak

When I dont drink my thoughts come across hazy.

I really do want that trackside babe to hand me a cold drink!

If anyone suffered through that any thoughts on the more questionable mods Like the Ti rear subframe or The composite tank?
btw me hates working with anything fiber but Me likes the finished product.

Only on a motorcycle forum, with a bunch of macho baboons, disrespectful cave man will you get this kind of sexist, immature behavior. You should be ashamed of yourselves for carrying out this way at the site of young, barely legal Asian girls !

Oh what the f@&$, I want them all too.

This poll is disgusting. I call for a ban of RedStormJ posthaste. This type of degrading treatment of barely legal, nubile women should be met with horror and condemnation, yet some of you have already voted. I am ashamed to be numbered among this board's community. I have more preaching, but I must end it here in order to get my vote in before this poll is taken down. If you manage to squeak your disgusting vote in before the mods wake up this labor day weekend and get on the job, be sure to cast your vote for Miss "Right" aka "Third from the left". She makes me feel kind of funny. Animals.

Cat leather

Well you actually read all that!? Anywho over here in the great J of pan we have few choices for leather. The standaed is pig cow sheep or snake. The problem is... The nation of china turns a blind eye to People grabbing up dogs and cats n turning them into that new seat on your bike or genuine sheep leather coat made from dog. So when japan imports cheap leather the possibility of it being some stray or pet are high. I found some nice leather and Ive made a few vynl seats so I
figure a leather one shouldnt be impossible.
