on the superhawk with rc51 fairing, fork, swingarm, and engine mod.
had a few friends there. 4 of us were in Novice though 2 had previous experience. 1 friend was in Intermediate (by far the broadest range of skill level), and 1 friend in advanced. Let me first say the weather turned out to be ******* awesome even though it had been raining sideways most of my way there and the day before. Also it's so bad *** to hear the other groups flying by on the front straight at 160+. I recommend to anyone else who has a sportbike to go out and do a track day. It was a ******* blast I looked at my top speed recall after the day and I hit 140 down the straight but was letting off early. Friend on his rc was hitting 150 while I and A groups were probably hitting 160+. My instructor told me my lines are good but I need to work on body position and braking zones (I was letting off early in most places). Here's a few pics of the bikes and some thumbnails of me that they took.
Friend's gsxr 750 in Advanced group, sv650 and r1 in Novice
My rc51 on the left with GHETTO numbers, my friend's on the right
another of mine
friend's gsxr1000 in Intermediate group
then here's just a couple shots of me riding in about the 4th session I think it was (out of 7 or 8)
