Anybody else order some and not hear back from gary or recieved their parts yet??? I ordered mine on the 6th and still waiting for them. I emailed gary and called him. He said he would look into it but have not heard back yet. Im about to ask for a refund and order through someone else for my CCTs. Just wondering

He must be backordered, I ordered mine on Feb 15th and just got an email on Tuesday that they have been shipped. I'm pretty sure you will get them but its gonna take a little longer than expected.

I got a email from gary today and my CCTs were shipped. He said that the last two weeks have been hell for him. All is good now. My Stockers are starting to go out so no riding it until it gets fixed. Still 104.95 shipped is not a bad deal.

Just ordered some from OverstockPartsGalore - PayPal all went through but no confirmation from the site itself. From the posts above, I have faith - but an email would reassure me Gary! (Jock in the UK, ordered 31/3/10)

We are shipping as we speak here and APE is sending more out daily. Again I apreciate everybodies patience. If another vendor has stock, they are fortunate.
APE has taken steps to keep more in stock instead of waiting for orders to hit a number then make them.

This ebay vendor just listed 4-sets in stock. I never bought from them before, so no comment on if they are a good vendor or not.

We shipped out a boatload on Friday, got more in Monday and shipped them out.
Expecting some every few days so all is getting better.
I don't think APE could keep up with the demand until very recently.
Again, I apologize to all as I went with info supplied to me. I refunded to all that couldn't wait.

It's obvious that GaryHL of overstockpartsgalore.com is a stand up guy. How many other retailers have ever cared enough about their customers and reputation to drop what they are doing and post an explanation/apology on this forum?
That said, if you want/need something right away, call to verify and order over the phone.
When I decided to replace the CCT's, I called APE, verified they were in stock and ready to ship. Yeah, they cost me maybe $12 more, but 48 hrs after calling and ordering I received them, installed them and was riding down the road.

did you ship my order? the one from n ireland?
i checked on monday which was two months almost to the day after i ordered them and usps site wasnt trackin them.

Find a place that has them in stock and cancel your orders with Overstock. This is a APE Münchausen syndrome by proxy if you ask me.

Also ordered them today and Gary mailed straight out with tracking number provided. Spot on service if they have the tensioners in stock. I emailed him first to make sure before payment was made. Not sure how long UPS take to deliver to the UK but can't wait.
