Cheap APE's
2 APE's w/ gaskets including shipping $104.95. Not Bad. I'm waiting on some right now.

The pay-off is better than the stock market. It's better than Obamacare. It's got a greater rate of return than your IRA. For a hundred bucks you save a $2k engine rebuild. Most owners, once suffering this catastrophe simply bail on the bike. Not a bad choice in all circumstances but so easily avoidable. Ride smart!

After reading a thread a few weeks ago about some poor guys motor making a certain "BANG" sound ... thats what did it for me , I plan on doing the upgrade next month ...

Possibly but not for sure. I think the timing on the rear may have been off a tooth or 2, could have been the previous owner or a cct failure (there was a loud bang from the rear cylinder), while it's all apart and I'm being paranoid I'm replacing them.

FYI: If you recently ordered CCTs from the site ( http://www.overstockpartsgalore.com/ ) and haven't heard back from them it's because they were out of stock, but it sounds like they're getting orders shipped in the next couple business days. I just heard from Gary this evening.

Gaskets
Someone left a message stating they didn't get gaskets with their order. I take care in packing but stuff happens. I couldn't understand the message and no contact info was left.
I buy the gaskets in bulk and will mail them out but cannot as I don't have a address.
Anybody here missing 2 gaskets?

Im over in N Ireland, the 119.95 international order covers that tho right lol
If you get a choice of colour id like blue ones pleaaase, i couldnt see anywhere to put that in. youll see my order anyway im sure its the only one in northern ireland lol
