Carb fart - up the idle a tad more to help avoid it also stalling in slow turns.

Correct idle setting, carb sync, check tps setting.
Adjust each as needed.

I've also found that carb synchronization is most critical at idle as well. You may want to; adjust your fuel mixture screws to baseline, sync your carbs, adjust your TPD to 500ohms, then set your idle to 1150rpm, or so.
Or, you can just up the idle and ride.

FWIW, I never use the vehicle's tachometer to set an idle. While the old dwell/tach combo meter is outdated, it gives me a better idea of the actual idle. e.g. my TransAlp shows 1500rpms on the clock when it is set at 1100 rpms on the dwell/tach meter. If I set it by the clock...it would be too low.

For me I got the fuel mixture screws and richened the fuel mixture to the point that I nearly eliminated the carb fart/ stutter thing completely.

You may have to clean the idle/slow speed jets to help that too.
