best place to buy rear shock from? $$

Hi All
Ok so I got myself superhawk no# 3....got the bike super cheap and I don't mind spening some money on making it a little better....so far, front brake lines..frame sliders...& fork springs.
But where can I get the best deal for a rear shock from?...without having to wait for ages surfing ebay?..
I have had both ohlins and penske shocks before and would perfer a penske just because you can change ride height with shock on bike with most bikes?...is this also possible on the superhawk?...
I also would be ok with a elka or wilbers or whatever if the price is right?...
Any one recomend a dealer?...thanks

Elka doesn't make a shock for our bike. I have one on the 1000RR and I asked them about it when I called them one day. The shock isn't that great out of the box anyway. It needs to be revalved (which I did).

Pretty much your only options in the US are Penske and Ohlins. Fox doesn't make 'em anymore. Wilbers is a gamble because of the lack of service in this country.
