Been away for a while....
Hey guys, it has been a while since I posted. I have checked in on occasion, just haven't been involved.
I saw the thread about a get-together next May at Deal's Gap. I'll do my best to make it.
Speaking of.... I had 4 or 5 really nice weekends at Deal's Gap this summer. Lots of good riding and no accidents (for me at least).
Early in the season I tore into my front suspension and got that pretty much straightened out. Front end works better now.
The Dunlop Qualifiers have proven to be really good. They are wearing well, and I figure I'll stick with them when time comes to buy new ones.
Now that riding season is winding down, I guess I'll check the valves and give it a good going over.
You know, I have run the fool out of my bike and it keeps chugging right along. Aside from the valves, I don't have much to do.
I flush all brake/lutch fluids a few times each year, brake pads are fine, chain and sprockets are good, front end is fine now, so nothing much to do in those areas.
It burns very little oil between changes.
Heck, I guess I'll just keep on riding it.
Well, gotta' run right now. Headed to Deal's Gap for the weekend.
No motorcycle this time.
There is a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo rally this weekend. My son and I really like those cars. So, he and I will be going in our car

He has a day off school Friday so I'm taking a day vacation, and we leave tonight.
We plan to hang out and enjoy the twisty roads.
Good to be back reading and posting here. I've missed it.
Take care and ride safe.
