Aus stormers ride

As you can see we had a storm outing in (Victoria , Melbourne)
we went up to a place called marysville up through the hills and mountains , 35 kph twisties , 19km's of them up one side then long sweeps and twisties down the other , on the way we were detoured by an incedant in the road , which we were to find out later a policeman was shoot at a road stop , we continued on and made it up to marysville when we found out one of the stormers were off , we went back down and he was hurt broken both ancles and other injurys (wont go into details about the accident) but he is in hospital at the moment awaiting surgery , after getting the bike recovered and making it home we were to find out another stormer came off , minor injurys and cosmetic bike damage .
so over all we had a pretty bad weekend for the Oz firestorm crew .
just a side note , the chap in hospital is in good spirits and is looking forward to be up and on the mend and ? riding in 3 months .

Not sure we could get that many Super Hawks in one place here in the States! Pretty cool!
Sorry abt. the crashes. Obvoiusly any of us can make a mistake & no one wants to crash. I think this stuff seems to happen more on group rides. I love to ride fast, but there's always someone faster. And some days I just feel like I'm not "in the groove". I pretty much know when I'm getting over my head & that's the time to dial it back & let your mates go.
