A nice build for the sake of building.
Not really a VTR
Not really usable as a road going bike. More of a work of engining art them useful Motorsport tuning and design..
I would love to know what was done to the bottom end to support the additional HP...

Pretty big turbo for a liter bike...thus the blower is perhaps added to give boost during the turbo lag period. And with no filter on the turbo intake, the bees it catches will lube the cylinder walls pretty well.
Must be one of those "because it was there" things. Don't get any body parts caught in that blower belt.
