Another Red 98

Hello all, been scouring the forum for a few months- soaking up all the knowledge here on the forum. Heres a few shots of my 98 I picked up back in August (6000 miles bone stock). Also a pic of the 2 bros pipes I picked up from Blue Ridge Boy, after a good polishing. Bike runs great, gotta love that twin sound (especially now that its throat is clear).

I'm not real good with attaching pics so hopefully everything will show up.

One more and the nice long lane that gets everything dusty right after you clean it!! No one out here to complain about noise though!!

The sound makes you want to just keep riding (even when its 35* out). I think the low fuel light is going to start coming on sooner though!!

The VTR does have a distinctive sound, even with stock cans. Mine are noticibly louder after 24k miles. I've kept the stockers to avoid further hearing loss. My wife says she can hear me from a block away, inside the house.

Enjoy the Torque, that's the best part!

I have a set of akrapovics on my 98 and they sound incredible, you can't beat the twin sound but the exhaust rumble is sick!
