aftermarket tail lights...opinions

So what have yall bought and used?

How bright are the LED's?

What seems to be the best quality?

If anyone can post some pics or even better a short vid of their after market tail light I would be hyped

I kind of like the idea of the integrated turn signal ones...

even more of a bonus if you have a vid of the integrated tail light/turn signal led number!

Thanks all for putting up with my product question...just wanna find the best way to blow my winter earnings...hahah....and what better way to do that then with the help of my SHF brethren

I had a clear alternatives combo and it was great... it cleaned up the tail section and was wicked bright day and night.

I bought one off ebay.. the one that looks like it has two tail lights. It looks pretty good, makes the tail of the bike shorter (no tail light sticking out past the plastic).. I think the LEDs for running and braking are bright enough.. however the integrated blinker lights are almost impossible to see during the day, and just ok at night...

The best LED tail light I've seen is made by Homebody design. The thing is not only super bright but when the brake is applied the LEDs will strobe-flash for about 1.5 seconds. They make some direct replacements for some bikes and have a few generic designs to fit most other bikes. These lights aren't cheap ... but neither is a trip to the ER.

I don't have on on the VTR but I do have one on my KLR and it really get the attention of anyone following you.

I think the maker of mine was "clear alternatives" I got it on ebay too. anyway, it bolts on in seconds, and you don't even really need to look at the instructions. its brighter than the bolt on signals I had before, and the brake light is brighter too. I'm very happy with it.
