2nd snow ride-some slight mods

So this was like 5 inches so I had to swap to the knobbies and use the mtb.
A good 1.5hr ride in the virgin snow. Nice time. Hope it melts so I can get back on the hawk

Good ride. How do the mtn bikes do in the snow? Decent traction? Hittin the trails this morning, sans snow.

Glock, where are you? I will visit. Mtb goes shockingly well in the snow. I have extra rims with velociraptor tires that can go through alot of snow.

Studded tires are the answer. Make your own with screws and duct tape liner, or buy them ready made.
