2015/16 T-Shirt feeler thread

Well the time has come again. I feel the urge to make another custom SuperHawk Forum/VTR1000f shirt. Before we go all crazy and ****, I need to get an idea as to how many of y'all are interested. Let me hear from ya either way, yay or nay! My printer has a minimum to be cost effective. We could make 15 but they'd be probably 30+! Last run was I think $22-23ea + ship to give an idea on costs.

I'll take one, maybe more depending on design.

I considered adding depending on design. But I figured if we design a crapper, no one will want any.

Tough shoes to fill... Ian's design input will be missed!

Well, where did Ian go? He offered a couple Superhawk heads for the cost of shipping to me, and then he dropped off the face of the earth. Didn't seem normal for the guy. I honestly don't care about the heads anymore. Just hope he is doing alright.

Out here upside down in Oz a shirt would be cool!

Make a great Christmas present for me.

One of the kids can get it for me.

Design Input

I will help with the design and can take the lead but want input.

Maybe a vintage / classic theme would be appropriate give the VTR concept was born almost 20 years ago and is no longer a teenager!

I'm in, and so is my son that owns the SH now, both for a large shirt.
My SH engine shirt from last year is my favorite t-shirt now!

Depends on which side of the shirt the design is on. What? Let me explain. I am very old school when it comes to tee shirt graphics. They must be on the back. Period! This is a hold over from the surf graphics from the distant past (west coast and Hawai'i). No print on the back, no likey. My $.02

I agree. Front of the shirt should have a left breast logo only.

See In-N-Out Burger t-shirts for reference...

It's great hearing from some of ya that haven't been here for a while.

I've started communication with my printer about a minimum to be able to move forward. First response was it depends on the design, which I knew. If we can get to 30 or more, I'd start the process.

I'd be in for one - small logo left front, big pic on the back.

I have friends with a screen printing business too, if we want to comparison shop. I would just need the electronic versions of the logos.

Last time I made T-shirts for my daughters soccer team, two color design, they were only something like $15 each - but that was a few years ago.

Alrighty guys, we'll get the project goin'. Will definitely keep you all informed as things progress.

Definitely going to start with these criteria...
1) - main graphic on the rear with a small front pocket logo, which we have done in the past.
2) - one color choice for the shirt. Either ash or sport grey:

That's where I'm @ right now. More later.

Royal blue with Red Honda graphics would rock, but otherwise Ash.

I'd be interested in a Sport Gray Sz. Large. I haven't been spending a lot of time on the SH forums lately, even though I still love my VTR. You might need to send me a note when you get them done! Thanks!

Sport Grey or Dark Heather, the darker colors don't show dirt, grease and oil stains as much but in that regard Black is best!

Rear image or original graphic for rear? Status
