Maturity?

Just in case someone takes my joke literally, I think the Forum is great too. Great bunch of guys, and a few girls, who share knowledge, opinions and fun (wise assing).

i agree. it's was nice to find a place that agreed that i'm the best superhawk rider in the country. i mean, i've known it for some time but in most cases you'll get a few 'kids' spouting off ... oh, i've done this and can do that...
while everyone else just rolls their eyes, 'cause they know the score.

lets face it, it's a lot of work... keeping thing in perspective... being humble.
i think i do a pretty good job ?

and since it's that time of year, Merry Christmas everyone ! let's all hope Santa brings you a big box of skill this year.... i'm getting rather bored.

It's a nice mix, that's for sure. The VFR / Triumph forums tend to be a bit too high brow; sportbike ones are all brag. This forum seems pretty near just right. --R.

Yeah. SuperHawk forum is in a class by itself. Everything you every wanted to know about the VTR1000F.

Everything you ever wanted to know about beer, wine, spirits and egg nog.

Politics, philosophy, the U.S. Constitution, the intent of the framers and post whoring.

Truth, Justice and the American Way.

Besides, it's the only place I've ever posted without being banned within 1-30 days.

it's a good spot, no doubt. i think it's the bike that attracts a certain type of person. not trying to impress, go fast, bragg, etc... everyone just wants to go forward.

Likewise... I usually end up banned or a Mod...

Nah seriously, while we all have a lot of different opinions we can discuss them without getting either to serious or to bent out of shape...

There is but one Grape Ape!

I searched the age of forum members through this cool little tool called "search" (in the upper right hand corner of the screen you're on right now!) and found a few polls that showed an incredible even spread across the generations. This surprised me as I always assume everyone is my age and we -- Gen X -- are the coolest generation, so I have no explanation why this forum seems so even. Maybe you Boomers and Gen Yers are just on yer best behavior trying to keep up
