PDF Manual
I have Acrobat pro for work and can OCR the manual, meaning that the text is then searchable (right now the entire thing is an image). I've done this for myself and it works a lot better. For me, scrolling down to find items was a PIA compared to just searching.
If someone wants to upload this version to replace the old one or would like me to mail them this, please let me know. It is still a huge file so not everyone would probably be able to get it in their e-mail.

Ah, ok. The one I've seen here -- http://www.superhawk996.net/Honda_VT...ice_Manual.pdf -- is an image PDF.
Personally I think it should be stickied with the other one. It comes up periodically because it's in a few random threads and you have to know to search for the link to the searchable manual... actually kind of ironic isn't it?

I never use the search function here. It's just so much easier to search the site via Google.
This version of the manual doesn't seem as detailed as the image PDF, but it's great to have both of them now
