Three rules of real estate
While on a trip I found this fixer-upper. It's going to take some money to make it livable.
Worth the investment because the view from the front porch is spectacular.

I provide architectural engineering services and have years of experience with historic and landmark rehabilitation, restoration, preservation and remodeling projects in accordance withe the US Secretary of the Interior's most current standards.
You will need extensive masonry and HVAC work but unusually not significant roofing. I will work inexpensively if you cover reimbursable expenses which of course will include a new sport touring motorcycle; .i.e., a Motus.
If you need a government grant and tax exempt status; we can help you with that too.
We're always willing to talk about the project without any initial commitment on your part.

For those with a bit deeper pockets and the need for more square footage, there is this nice two story dwelling on a quite cul-de-sac with mature landscaping.
For someone that wants to make a statement about their position in life there is this one in the higher end of the subdivision.
While the basic structures are rock solid and won't require any hazardous material removal, I make no bones about the fact that there is some other removal to be done.
