I just sold my 1990 Yamaha DT200R dual-purpose bike to a buddy. For those who aren`t familiar with it (it was never imported into the US), the DT is a great little liquid-cooled, counterbalanced two-stroke with YPVS, 10.5" travel and disc brakes at both ends. A great performer (claimed 32 hp with a dry weight of 233 lb), it`s as quiet as can be and sips fuel. Reason for sale: no time to ride it. I live in Montreal and just getting out to the woods to enjoy it fully takes more time than I have. Virtually all of my time on two weehls is spent on my VTR. I will miss the DT (have asked my buddy for "visitation rights", lol). Of course, the influx of $$$$ may finance a new round of mods (let`s see, Braketech rotors perhaps,......)
