I'm looking at the calendar and see that 20 days equals 30. I guess close enough is good enough as long as you don't press it and don't crash. You want to do Wimberly again or something different? Randy had some mechanical issues to deal with after the ride to the Salt Lick. I remember Tyler writing that he was going to be out on vacation but he should be back by then. Moonster might want to go too. Did the kid that wrecked his bike get a new one? Sounded like he got a pretty decent settlement from the IC. LMK

I have another doctors appointment on Nov 2nd. I think they are going to let me out of the brace at that time, which is actually about 2 weeks early.

Yeah, that's cool. Staying close at first is prob a good idea. If you've never been in a cast it's unbelievable how much the inactivity robs your strength. This "growing bone" over the screws is what takes time - lots of it. You don't want to mess this up. Did the Doc shoot xrays to check on this? If he didn't - he will before he lets you out of the brace.

When I got out of my leg cast, my last cast fit inside my first - my leg had lost that much - this was in the day of the plaster cast so you can envision my leg - I looked like fukn PopEye. No, maybe pegleg Pete! I was 29 when I crushed my ankle and I was in a cast for 10.5 months. Don't talk to me about bone growth. I had xrays every 45 days for a fucn year.
The news was not all that cherry! At first, the doctors reported that it appeared the blood supply routes to my ankle were restoring so amputation was prob off the table.

Okay so while on vacation, I my grandfather poked and prodded me into buying an airbrush. He says with my artistic ability that I would pick it up in no time, and be painting for big league.
When I get some works done, Ill have to post them up and see if you guys want anything airbrushed on your bikes!
