He did offer, but I was not in the mood to socialize with him at the time.

I mainly fell over at a dead stop on the front tire. Just left a scuff on the frame slider.

But I think I'm gonna go outside and look it over again to be sure.

Took some pics with the cell phone. No damage. I know it needs to be washed. Plan to this saturday before I go riding out to river road.

Randy and I looked at the route up 306/12 to Wimberly, followed on to Dripping and then into Austin. It looks like a nice ride. Randy's new house is about 10 minutes ride from me. I gotta work until noon so I'm out for the ride.

Yeah, I agree! This whole thing is crumbling much faster than even I imagined but the liberal leftwing media continues to look the other way.

Chuck Berry should have been pardoned.

Yes, I was told they were meeting up around 10am saturday and then ride a little later. I have to be back home by 2pm so I can leave for work myself. I will break off from the crowd at the proper time so I figured I could hang out for a few hours.

We will have to get together on a sunday (my only day off). I work from 7:30am until 11:30pm everyday except sunday. Long days

Nice bike, i see you run the MIGs. Did u ever have probs with the aluminium brackets holding the cans? Mine tend to bend and i plan to exchange them with stainless ones....

Man,... I feel like a "heel". All the times Randy, or Drew, or Ghop mentioned getting a ride in, and I never "made" time for it. Always had other things that I thought were more important.. You guys are good people for doing that...

Randy and I are bolting up to Andice for lunch. He's digging through a major pile of boxes trying to get the new digs organized. I'll ask him if he can get away for a ride on Sunday. His new KLR is quite the bike but it looks like the nobbies are taking a hit from all the pavement. Shoot me a PM with your cell # and I will return with mine.

You're right those are long days.

Sometimes my left one tends to bend outward just a bit, but is easily bent back in. It has only done that a couple of times. I have been known to cut mine off next to the swingarm as you can see in my avitar and then weld them back on later. It is extremely loud and I like it but the cop's here tend to have other opinions .
