Yep, that's why I'm having action work done. S&W guys tend to think that I'm wasting my time, but Ruger makes a durable, accurate gun. It just isn't refined, and thus, my action job and trigger recontour (that trigger is sharp). I qualified for my CCW with that gun. There was no center in that target.

I just installed the ipod interface in my wife's Accord. The FM modulator just wasn't cutting it. She was ecstatic to use it for the first time.

You haven't had any luck with reciprocity? I simply submitted my application with a copy of my Virginia CCW (where I got my first one) and voila, WV permit arrived........

Personally, veterans and retired LE shouldn't have pay anything. I can understand having those folks take a class to become aware of the local and state laws, but nothing else. I would venture to say that military/LE qualification is more demanding than the NRA class.

A bright, yellow Olympia AST jacket might help. I use the helmet halo, and I think that I may start using a reflective vest. BTW, how do you like your KLR now that you have had it for awhile?

I like it a lot, it's a good do all bike...I would love to add a cruiser to the stable...and later down the road a BMW GS1200 for long distance touring...

I doubt I will ever have another sport bike, unless I just fell into an incredible deal on one and might play around on it a few times a year...

Move to Colorado. Got a DD214, you're grandfathered with no course requirements.

I think that we should both be provided an out-of-state Elk stamp to investigate reasons to move to CO....

It only kicks as much as a 12ga, but the muzzle blast is impressive. We were shooting at bowling pins about 80 yards out. He said it is accurate to about 600 yards and his bolt action 50 is good to a little over 1000 yards.

I'll give you a $1 to set a 12Ga against your nutz and squeeze the trigger......

I could give you more reasons. The number of twisties, the scenery as you ride, etc.

I'd stick it to his nuts and pull the trigger if you give me $1 and gas money to get there, and money for food...LOL
