Yeah, my grampa bought it out of a field for me when I was really little. He and my dad hooked it up so that it was stock. When I turned 16, it was supposed to be my daily driver. My grampa had been driving it around a little bit, but then his chevy (1982 chevy 3/4 ton diesel) crapped out. Go figure. I didnt get the truck until he died when I was 18. This is what it looked like when I got it.

We started tearing into it and saw the rust had taken over completely. We put a mustang 2 front end on it, all wheel disc brakes, a 283 v8 out of my great grampas 67 chevy truck (my brother drives that now).

heres the engine. I hope these links are working. Myspace is blocked at work so I am replying to an email and then Im goign to paste it in to a myspace message. I have purple valve covers for it but I am not going to put those on until I get the engine in the truck. I dont want them to get scratched.

Right now the frame sits 4 inches off the ground without the hood, fenders or front bumper on it. :-) it's slammed to say the least!!

i love older cars i use to have a 1963 pickup but i kinda recked it on the highway. i took the trismission out and when i but it back in i did not tighting the bolts tight enough and it fell out so i gave the truck back to my grandparents who sold it.

its all good though i just got a 2005 chevy silvardo and i have already spent over 3 grand add **** on.

now i realy like fast cars but there not for me that is why i got a truck.

I like fast cars and cool trucks but I am poor. LOL I cant afford to feed the fuel bill on those trucks. Gas is horrible up here. Right now it's 3.58 a gallon for the cheap stuff. I pretty much live on my bike all summer. Right now I ride the red one. It's fast as hell. This weekend I took off from a light too hard and did a huge wheelie. It almost went over backwards. I set it down too hard and had a headache for the rest of the day. LOL

My friend Dave let me borrow his truck for Memorial Day. I went to my grampa's cemetary. He was in the army in the korean war.

Yeah haha Im one of the outcasts. Oh well. I have gotten used to it. All these years, I have always been like this. It just makes me work 10 times harder to be better than all the boys. hahahahah

My job in the army is not that hard all i do is drive a truck from one fob to another fob the only hard part is worrying about getting shot or blowen up along the way.

My family owns a trucking company. All the guys in my family drive truck. We all use Kenworth. What do you haul? Supplies? Water? Fuel?

I cant imagine. My bf is a marine. I have seen pics and videos of his tours in the sand box. Not a fun place to be. I wish I would have joined up before I got my life started, you know? It's like now, if I joined, I wouldnt make the money I make, I would have to move and leave my cats and my boyfriend. All that stuff.... it's just really hard. Most days I could be easily talked in to going over there and helping you bad *** men and women out tho.
