I would think, She is concerned about getting to much sun... So using that 2000 UV sunblock should help.... DDuuhhh.....
or
she is a infiltrator for the I.R.A. demonstrating the "NEW" sand, snow camouflage...

A while back we stopped at a pub in Dingle, I think it was. It was May and sunny and about 90*F, almost unheard of in those parts. As a Florida boy it seemed just about right to me and we enjoyed a libation and chat with the bar keep. He was ghostly white skinned and dressed in black shirt and pants and of course friendly. We talked about the weather and such and he ducked out the door to check it out. Momentarily he dashed back in emoting that "that is way too hot for him " and how could anyone stand it for long. It was a good time.
