" HRC Dan Kyle Front forks and Shock"

Would this entice you to purchase the bike?

Still learning, thanks.

Thanks HRCA. I did a search before asking, but there wasn't much info about them. Just a mention of a guy who used to work for Ohlins then Kyle and now AMF.

are you talking about a Superhawk or an RC51 or other? If SH, I don't know what dan kyle did to the forks or that any HRC parts were available for them. If you are talking about just modding stock parts - I'm guessing they were routine tweaks that could be done by most mechanics. As for the shock, if its a reworked stock shock its still going to be a big gap to aftermarket shock - at one time I actually had my stock shock revalved and resprung - it made some improvement, but the difference between that an a penske shock was huge. I'd suggest inquiring and finding out exactly what was done without, rather than focusing on who did it which just leads to guess work. DK has a great reputation but I don't believe he is a magician.

I agree with cliby, what was done? And also for what weight? If you are nowhere near the baseline they where rebuilt/tweaked for it doesn't do you much good that it was pro-built...

Cliby and Tweety thanks.

Here is the Add for a Superhawk:
http://nh.craigslist.org/mcy/446599135.html
All it says is " HRC Dan Kyle Front forks and Shock"

Thanks to you two, now I know I should contact him and see exactly what has been done.

Erik
