Said goodbye to a dear friend tonight
Well, my beloved Superhawk now has a new owner. After many miles of faithful service and even more ham fisted inspired helmet filling grins and unheard laughter we have parted ways. I'm not sure yet what the next sport bike will be yet, but the cruiser will have another stable mate before it's over. There are many good people on this site and I have thoroughly enjoyed the forum and will continue to pop in from time to time.

Thanks for the compliments guys. She was always a blast to ride. I have an 06 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 Classic LT that is seeing alot more seat time than the hawk lately. The wife will actually ride it with me and is enjoying riding more. I found myself riding the hawk even more agressive lately and figured it was best to go ahead and part with her. The next one will probably be something nekkid though.

That's one lucky bastard that got your bike.
How about an Aprilia Tuono for the next one.
Oh, and by the way, before opening your thread I thought a riding buddy had died, or maybe your dog.

It kind of felt that way watching it leave on someone elses trailer. An Aprilia Tuono would be nice as would the new Ducati Streetfighter, or possibly a KTM SuperDuke. Who knows, maybe just find something older and fighter it the way I want it.
