1tail.com has Targa lowers for sale. Some member here do not like how twy only have three hard points of attachment for mounting, I have had no issues with mine (even after almost ripping it off getting my bike off a trialer, a little rash was all that happened). I would trying to find another source to buy from however; my experience with 1tail was not good.
