Do some research on the internet. I know at one time I saw a company selling different size/shape of carbon fiber. Maybe you can just replace the sleeve.

The MIGs are not sold-I still have them. As much as I'd love to sell them, couldn't you just fix yours? Disassemble them and cut say an inch out of the carbon sleeve where the damage is, shorten the baffles by the same amount inside, and drill new rivet holes and reassemble. I'm sure they're obnoxiously loud already and shortening by and inch or so won't make too much difference. If it's too much trouble take a look in the classifieds at my Migs. They're in real nice shape and your could either buy them outright or maybe we can work out a price and trade me yours or something.

That'd be my reccommendation too Cap. That, or buy a new sleeve.

OP, get in touch with Danmoto and see if you can get replacement parts. Maybe they'd even warranty them if they aren't too old?

I'll try that. I'm going to try and cut off the broken fiber (est 1") and re-rivet back onto the slip on collar

Lemme ask you this... Round or oval? If they're round, can't you just rotate the sleeves and re-drill in a new spot between the old holes? Not as pretty as new sleeves, but easier than disassembly and re-cut/shorten... But even that's not too Difficult.

Thats exactly what I did, I drilled out the rivets, twisted the sleeve drilled new holes and re-riveted it
=] Thanks guys! sorry I didn't put much thought into fixing it before posting a thread. I'll post some pictures later
