Two brothers carbon slip ons
I literally just rode my bike home tonight- it came with stock exhaust as well as the two brothers carbon slip ons- I have no interest in keeping the Carbon slip ons- I was thnking $400 w/ shipping was a fair price- but let me know if that is too (stoopid) high.
*******I have the pipes and brackets for these to be High mounts*******
let me know-

Not sure how hold- they seem pretty pretty clean.
and 97 wolverine, I am sure a muted hawk doesnt sound as good- but HOLY WOAH they are LOUD- like ridiculously loud- it sounds bad ***- except for the popping on deceleration- but the noise that comes out of them is not really my style- what little style (riding wise)i have at this point.

i need a .wav file of how the bike sounds with stockers - that could be the factor- but i am still leaning towards selling the two brothers- I could recoup some money that i spend on the bike- which felt like a small kick in the nutz, especially after the holidays

With the stock exhaust, road noise is louder than the exhaust..
But you can always sell these then at some later date get something different.
My main reason for switching was weight and not sound.. The stock ones weigh a metric buttload.
edit: sounds on my vid (stock, no exhaust, and MIGs) here: https://www.superhawkforum.com/forum...ad.php?t=17325 Stock the whine was the loudest noise.

If it wasn't mid winter, we could meet up somewhere and compare pipes. I'll trade you if you thought my high mount Jardine's are quieter. I wouldn't mind louder.

is 400 w shipping better? I really would prefer stockers- plus i could use the $$- I am sure once i actually get to ride the bike- like really ride it, i will kick myself- but the money would be very useful- right about now
