What size rider is it set up for currently? What kind of riding is it valved for?

the spring rate and valving are set for a 200lb rider experienced rider, included are optional springs (stock and an eibach)

FWIW, I ran a similar set-up (GV kit, reservoir) for just shy of two years and it works very well.

How would this work out for 165lbs? Would I just put the stock spring back on or is the valving all set up for 200lbs?

the valving is pretty aggessive BUT adjustable, since you are at 165lbs, a spring change back to the stock spring (included) should get you in the proper range.
