Stators rebuilt

If you fry an exotic stator, you know you will pay a lot for a replacement.
(if you can even get one [cagiva anyone?])
when that burnt 900 dollar monster is staring you in the eye... you know what to do.
Rebuild it!
Send me your fried and destroyed stators and save a small fortune.
We use triple coated mag wire with a 220 degree celcius break down temp.
The stators get sealed with high quality corona dope and oven cured for 6 hours...
then recoated and cured again.
You get a better part than stock, for a fraction of the cost.
Couple this stator with one of our Regulator Rectifiers and experience charging system reliability second to none!

Repairs and partial rewinds start at $100.00.
Full rewinds max at $350.00 and are usually around $200.00-$250.00.

Superhawk and RC-51 stators fully rewound for $150.00, plus shipping.

Discounts on Regulator/Rectifiers with stator rebuilds
(stator warranty and regulator discount only applies to full stator rewinds/rebuild)

We ship worldwide

These prices are for Radial three-phase stators only. (superhawk style)

Its an $800.00 part from Triumph.
Its actually a $500.00 kawasaki (KHI) part (shhh) they get for OEM use.
Repaired for $250.00

We are the only shop anywhere that rebuilds stators with expertise...or a warranty.
Ducati, Cagiva and Aprilia are specialties.
