SOLD SOLD SOLD I have another Two Brothers Racing exhaust header to sell. Slowly selling off what's left of everything I've collected/hoarded over the years. Very nice solid shape. Only blemish is some shallow common denting on the bottom of the front downpipe. Nothing crazy but it's there and I've pictured it several times. I also have a short video I can text you that shows it really well. Won't see it mounted up and certainly nothing that affects performance. These are polished stainless so a little wet sanding/elbow grease and they'll polish up like a mirror. These follow the stock header routing/outlets so you can use any slip-ons you like including the stock mufflers. I just sold a perfect one sans polishing last month for $275 and that's what I've sold several other nice ones in the past for. $225 plus shipping for this one. Again it's in really nice shape besides the shallow dent I pictured on the underside which you can't really see on the bike.
If we could please keep this a "for sale" thread that would be great. You'll pay insured shipping with tracking from South Florida. Paypal "family & friends" please (or please add the 3% paypal fee if you're not comfortable with that). I've been on here for 15 years so if you're newer on here feel free to look up my user name/feedback over the years. I've parted out several complete bikes and sold a ton of parts and exhausts on here. It's a hobby, I'm not a business. Also been on Ebay for 20 years with 100% perfect feedback. Serious inquiries only and no stories please. You pay, I ship. Easy. These are still in real nice shape as shown in the pictures and will easily polish up beautifully. Bear in mind they are about as old as your bike though and are sold AS-IS. $225 plus shipping. Hit me up with any other questions. Thanks for looking and ride safe.

Reason: SOLD
For what little my uneducated opinion is worth (and I could be wrong and anyone who knows better is welcome to correct me) but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say these are more of a "bling" modification than anything else. They come factory polished and have a bit nicer welds and are therefore easier to keep shiny, whereas the stock header has a rough finish which would need to be sanded smooth and wetsanded to get polished, which most no one does, and that's why most people's stock header looks like $hit. Otherwise it's basically identical to the stock header, both in size and outlet location, which is why you can run any slip ons with it included the stockers. The TBR header MAY be marginally lighter if anything as I think it's slightly thinner. (I was correct, the stocker weighs 5lbs, 2oz. The TBR is 4lbs, 4 oz).
NOW to answer your question... As you may have guessed from my previous statement both measure the same on my high tech high dollar Harbor Freight digital calipers. The outer edge of the inlet of the front header pipe on the stock header and the TBR is approx. 42mm. I can't reach farther in and the stock header has sort of a "ring" in it that if you measure further in will falsely make the ID seem smaller than it is. The ID of the outlets to the mufflers on both is approx. 40mm. The OD of both headers at the front downpipe is also the same at about 40mm. Yoshimura and definitely Indigo headers (and probably M4 as well though I've only owned one for an SV650 not a Superhawk) have larger diameter pipes that may pay dividends with modifications but again these are essentially the same size and routing as stock. Hope this helps.
