Reason for selling Superhawk?
I'm too old. I wanted the Superhawk in 2000, when they were deeply discounted. Bought a leftover 1500 Goldwing and that is the only bike the wife will ride on. The Hawk GT is so much lighter an easier to flick on the many backroads here. Found this Superhawk in perfect unmolested condition and said why not, life is short. Well it's more bike than I need at this time and we are moving North to care for family. I understand there are less costly bikes out there, this one is Cherry.
AT 5'6" bike is too big for me, Hawk GT fits me better.
Still riding my Yamaha 1977 XS750D 3 cylinder, Original Owner, Battery Coil Ignition. Just too many bikes to insure & store.
Happy Motoring
