PRICE REDUCTION '01 Superhawk $1,200
Selling my '01 Hawk. I have it in a trailer right now and am willing to deliver!
Lets start with the good stuff, it has a clean title, it has less than 14,000 miles, it has brand new Michelin Pilot Powers with less that 150 miles on them with balance beads so they never need to be rotated or balanced, it has brand new hand levers, brand new aftermarket grips as well as matching front and rear foot rests, it has a custom black and grey paint job, it has a brand new high intensity halogen headlight (makes it look like your riding in the day time even in the dead of night with a tinted visor), new bulbs throughout the entire bike, brand new fork seals, brand new oil filter, a brand new seat, and a 5 piece underglow kit with remote control and a ridiculous amount of settings. It has been dropped once but most of the damage is just on one exhaust pipe.
Now the story, I bought my Superhawk last October and fell in love with it so I put every last penny I had fixing it up, getting brand new everything but sadly I didn't think to take apart the engine, so at the end of last years riding season my engine had a tick that I couldn't figure out. So I put my Hawk up for the winter and decided to get it taken care of in the spring. When I took it in it turns out that my crank shaft had cracked so it needs an engine rebuild and I already put all the money I had into it so I could not afford it. I have a complete parts list of what it needs but as of right now its in pieces.

Good luck with the sale. If me, i'd save up some $$ to purchase a used engine, it'll likely be cheaper than rebuilding your current engine, cost you around $700-$800 and your bike will be worth considerably more if you still end up wanting to sell it later.
Personally for most bikes that don't run, I don't like to pay more than a few hundred dollars, heck, i've gotten older (yet running) motorcycles for $350-500. I'd say in current condition, your bike is worth about $1000.

You would just need to replace the clutch cover with yours

There are 4 or 5 engines with a quick search of ebay that I saw from wrecked bikes

[QUOTE=FTL900;360880]Rotated?? I'd like to see pictures of that!!
I'm sure a quick search of the forum will show you plenty of pictures of tires that don't need to be rotated!
