Possible Items for sale
Hey SuperHawker's
Well after 10 years of excellent service i have decided to sell my Superhawk for other steads in the stable. I have just lost all interest in clip-on bikes (not due to comfort) and no prefer Supermoto style bikes like the KTM950SM

That being said, i have some extra parts i need to sell, but before i go to all the trouble to box them up and check shipping costs and price the items i thought i would see what kind of interest there is in the items. If no interest, then there is no use in pricing or getting shipping cost if you know what i mean.
Spare tank with petcock and and fuel sending unit in tank. Does not include the cap.
-Conditon, functionally in excellent shape, has dent in side, not bad, good track day tank.
Spare Chin spoiler
-condition, typical road paint chips under bottom side, no tabs broken or cracks to scratches
Full spare body work (no rear cowl)
-Rear body work is functional for track day, has one tab broken underneath, was Metalic blue, noe Krylon red
-Front Fender is funtional (Honda Red Paint) Has scratches, but no cracks or broken mounts
-Full Fairing most of it is in excellent shape (Honda Red Paint)
Right side and front middle are near perfect for 10 year old body work. Could go right on a Red VTR without noticing a difference.
Left side of fairing has road rash (not from my bike) and was originally yellow. I painted it with Krylon Red for Track day body work. Has busted upper rear mount near tank. i use zip ties to hold in place with no problem.
Stock Exhaust, probably has 1000 miles on them, like new, no scratches or rust. Stored in inside garage for last 10 years (why i don't know)
Stock seat, like new no cracks, tears or damage in any way. (two members have already PM'ed me on this seat, so they would get first dibs in order once i decide price)
Stock front turn signals
OEM Honda Factory Service Manual
Stock Brake Calipers (Front) with stock brake lines (i know no body will want these)
Spark Plugs - need to check, may have two new ones and or slightly used set
Anyway, i will see if there is any interest in this stuff, if so i can price from there.

Guys,
i will try to get some pics today or early week. I can separate as i really don't want to try and sell the whole thing as a unit any way.
I am jumping ship to KTM on the street, just feed up with Honda's lack of development in the kind of bikes i want to ride on the street. Used to be Big red was top dog and all others wagged their tail behind them. Those years are long gone. Guess they are more interested in selling cars and lawn mowers now.

KTM may end up like Suzuki and be bought out at least partially so by VW (which may not be a bad thing with the money it has). VW is looking to Suzuki to get them deeper into the Asian market, particularly Indian auto market. In the April issue of MCM there is an interesting editorial about how all the big 4 and especially Honda are selling so few bikes here that they no longer are developing bikes solely for the US market; i.e., "world bikes", and that they have a huge market in Asia. India and China is where its at and that the US had better get used to how the British felt when they were run over by the Japanese and were no longer the center of the motorcycle universe.
Ah, the rise and fall of the US empire is at hand.
