What's up guys.

I got two bikes I'm parting out, first bike is a red 98 with a clean title that is complete minus rear head which has two slightly bent valves.

Second bike is a yellow 98 with a salvage title that is signed by the guy I bought the bike from as the buyer (he never retitled the bike), that is missing all the fairings and had a custom R1 front (forks, wheel, brakes etc.)

The story is simple, had the bike for the last 3 years and absolutely loved it. Brought it in for valve adjustment to be done by a friend, he tells me the valves on the rear head are slightly bent, that the cct probably failed at some point. Rather than go through the trouble of rebuilding the engine, I opted to buy the yellow salvage bike and stick that engine in the my bike. Dissassembled both bikes during the course of the winter with the intention of using the nicest parts from both bikes to build up my bike.

Well, I lost interest. On top on that, family issues and time constraints will not let me tackle the project for a while. Since this is a very active community, figured it would be best to let the parts revive some of the bikes on this forum that need help .
