It might be for sale. I have to check with the guy taking the carbs. I will let you know in a couple days. How much are you willing to pay for them? I am debating whether to keep it as spare.

Jknight had PM'ed me before we talked about it.

But he hasn't confirmed if he is taking it or not yet. I will start sending out parts Monday. So if he isn't buying it then , you are next in line. The classified rules sticky says first contact, gets first shot. I'd have preferred first pay, first get lol.

Was unaware of any other arrangements you had for it as you didn't express that someone else was eyeing it in the PMs, not a big deal.

I am sorry. That was my fault. In fact that's were the confusion happened with the PMs. It was Jknight's PM I was responding to and I failed to see the different username between the posts in the thread and the PM's. you guys asked about the cover coincidentally. It was late and after long day and I was super tired. Again I apologize.

Anyways nobody has committed to buying the cover yet.

Rick, why are you parting? How much for all the bodywork & tank? I have a red 01, but always liked the yellow ones.

Here's the previous owner's sale thread: https://www.superhawkforum.com/forum...r-parts-31737/

The bottom end is supposedly shot. And I also found the frame to be cracked in two places after I bought the bike.

Anyways, the tank is already sold to my buddy. The front side fairings are not all perfect. The tail fairing, solo seat cowl and the chin fairings are damage free.

One of the fiberglass fairing is in good shape too. The small plastick fairing around the headlight is also good. The rest have damage but are usable.

What would you want for the exhaust header and possibly the fairing stay?

$100+ shipping for complete header system and the front stay. I have to double check if there is any damage to the front stay.
The bike had been dropped before and come with fiberglass fairing on one side , which too had damage. So I am not positive the fairing stay did not sustain damage. So the price is accounting for possible damage. If it's is damaged it is not more than, what you can't slightly bent to make it normal. there is no obvious damage to it that I can tell with it off the bike.

woohoo. Finally got done taking the whole bike apart. There it is, just the engine bottom end left on the stand.

The frame is in the backyard. The rest of the bike is all there in the boxes laying around.

I think I spent more time thinking about how to separate the enigne frame and swingram than actually doing it. I thought about hanging the frame from a fiberglass ladder using straps, but finally decided to support the engine and remove everything else off it.

OP updated with more prices and more pictures being added here now. All parts are now ready to be shipped.
