Tank is sold...sorry barry! I do not recollect how much modification was performed to the seat. All I know is from this thread:

Ok, UPS would run about $75 to ship the exhaust pipes...does that sound abnormally high to anyone else? Does anyone else have experience with shipping exhaust pipes?

Did they tell you why it was so expensive? I've shipped items both larger in size and heavier for less than that.

Nope. That was just their cheapest rate (UPS Ground). I noticed their rates seem to be a bit higher lately...I shipped a pair of gloves recently, GLOVES, and it cost $8.50... :headscratch:

Just the items in the first post (I edit it every so often).

Are you still stationed in Vegas?

$75 to ship via UPS is high. Probably based on the transit time.

Shipping FedEx Home Delivery based on the following guesstimate on dims and weight returned the following.

1 package 50.0 lbs Your Packaging 48 x 12 x 5 inches 50 USD declared value............$26.17 Transit time: 3 business days

Do what I did and set yourself up a personal FedEx account. Easy to do and better than standing in line at the godforsaken Post Office.

Opps, need to check the site and post more often, wow that is high....I have 2 ups, 1 usps, and 2 fedex accounts, it is a lot cheaper when you have your own account....don't cost anything to set one up either....Give me the demensions, and weights, I will run it through and see what price is quoted, then I could always e-mail you a label to put on the package...that makes it much easier on you...

Let me know...

Thanks
R

I don't remember the exact numbers off the top of my head. Let me get back to you later.

And why do you need so many accounts? One each for three, and two others the wife doesn't know of? Just in case?

I have 4 ebay accounts, it is easier to keep them all seperate, for accounting purposes...and then the personal account as well...oh yeah and the one the wife don't know about. Nah, there all legit...well for the most part...
