Looking for MCCTs

Just bought a 1998 VTR 10 years after selling my first and it needs the MCCT conversion. Is anyone still selling these? Parts seem hard to come by these days.

Same tensioner fits multiple Honda models.
You can find APE on line. They have been used extensively by SH owners with good results. It doesn't look as though they come with gaskets, which you will need.
I ran manuals for a number of years with no issues. I did change back to stock auto units with the stopper mod installed.
You might want to look here:

I wonder if the APE Pros are worth the extra cost? Looks like it just seals oil a bit better. Not sure if they are easier or more difficult to adjust running. They have gaskets included https://cbrzone.com/tensioners.html

If the pro version has something that seals around the threaded adjuster that's the one to have. Or you can use Teflon tape to make a seal on the one pro version.

I was about to pull the trigger on the APE pros, but Mark Krieger actually called me up to answer some questions. Dude was super nice and knowledgeable. His pair was the same cost of one APE pro and he's nextdoor in Ohio so I'll have them before the weekend. Excited to get this finished and start riding without fear.

Krieger is what I was using before I changed. Sorry, I just couldn't remember the brand name. His are very good quality and have an o-ring seal, as you probably already know.
