Luckily the down turn in the housing market has not effected us as much here. I think sales were down like 1 or 2 % overall in the Charlotte area...Not bad all things considered...Another reason I am using aggressive pricing..It is priced to move, I ain't fishing like a lot of folks out here...

Good luck with the sale. It took us 2 years to sell and 8% price break. Very nice looking home, but I didn't see a superhawk along with the purchase of the home? If you put that in there, it would be sold.
